We have been trading since February 2010. We formed Eastern Drainage Services Ltd when a local company we were working for merged into a national company and began to lack the local and personal touch we had enjoyed for many years. All of our employees have many years experience including drain cleaning, CCTV surveying and repairing drains. We are a small, friendly, local, trustworthy, professional and very experienced company. We are not a franchise so our costs are usually more reasonable than the larger national companies. We are also able to offer advice and answer queries far quicker due to our smaller size. We are also happy to visit and provide free quotes. We carry out CCTV surveys and reports as part of investigations in to damp, structural damage and movement, insurance and mortgage purposes and to find the cause of blockages. The CCTV survey reports we produce are thorough and easy to read & understand. Our clients range from house buyers, loss adjusters, structural engineers, surveyors, architects, universities and managing agents. We also specialise in repairing drains including in-situ methods such as patch lining and structural lining through to conventional excavation and replacement. Our customers agree that our engineers are friendly, courteous, neat & tidy and professional. They like our speedy response, personal service and our quality and easy to understand investigation reports. They often recommend our services to friends and family which is we believe is a great compliment. We cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex. We do travel further afield for regular customers. We repair drains by installing patch liners and structural liners as well as excavation and replacement using clay or uPVC pipework. We have the latest CCTV survey equipment from which we produce very clear DVD recordings as part of our drainage investigations. We specialise in domestic sized drainage – from a blockage clearance all the way up to installing new septic tanks and treatment plants. We have also worked at a vast array of on-domestic properties and projects including stately homes, university buildings, town halls an RAF base, schools, community housing, golf clubs, shops and factories. We are Safecontractor registered, ISO9001 quality management certified and Anglian Water approved. We have public liability cover of five million pounds.
